Description of practice

Dianne M. Roling has been a medically-oriented electrologist since 1987. Her private practice, “Professional Electrolysis Services”, originally located on Union Road, temporarily relocated in 2004 to “Changes Salon & Day Spa”. On April 3, 2007, she moved to a spacious, private office on South Lindbergh.[6]

Prior to starting her business in 1987, she attended St. Louis Community College at Forest Park from 1979-1982. After graduating she worked for Washington University School of Medicine for 6½ years. Dianne continues to refer and work through physicians as an allied health professional.

In addition to her basic electrology training, she has had advanced training in California at the Jane Riddle Institute of Electrology.[[7]] She has attended numerous electrology conferences, seminars and workshops. She is a distributor for electrology epilators, has been an instructor and continues to offer advanced training to electrologists with basic skills.

In 2003, Dianne completed a 30-hour comprehensive laser course at the LightSpeed Training Institute in Naples, Florida on “Lasers and Light Based Devices”(1). She began attending laser seminars, her first in 1996, “Lasers and Their Use in Electrology” in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She continues to attend local seminars given by Cutera and Lumenis. Dianne has offered laser hair reduction since June 2003, using both diode and Nd-YAG lasers, giving her the ability to advocate choices of hair removal.

Since 1996, she has performed various cosmetic enhancing procedures including removal of milia, skin tags and vascular blemishes(facial spider veins, cherry hemangiomas, “blood spots”). Besides basic vascular blemish removal training in St. Louis, Missouri, she has had advanced training in Santa Barbara, California with Michael Bono.
