I believe this a version of the EpiTouch ruby acquired in their merger with Sharplan

• Marketed as a cost effective, entry-level hair removal system
• Synchronized pulsing
• Particularly suitable for facial areas and bikini lines
• The Ruby long pulse employs a triple pulse technology with a 10 milliseconds interval between pulses, thus keeping the follicle temperature at a sufficient level tocause destruction while the epidermis temperature remains below damage threshold.
