The U.S, Postal Service regulates certain hair removal products promoted or shipped through the U.S. Mail.

If you have purchased a product that was advertised deceptively, you may be able to bring them up on charges of mail fraud. Your first step is to complain to the Federal Trade Commission.

Once you've done that, you can contact the USPS for details.
