I used to have this business listed as recommended by a consumer,
but the owner began falsely accusing me of all sorts of things
in December 2004.
Boston School
of Electrolysis and Kimberly Williams should be avoided by all consumers. The owner's
behavior is erratic and paranoid.
Background
On 21 September 2002, I received a letter from Ms. Williams with
updated information about her practice. I added this to my website.
I did not hear from Ms. Williams again until 29 November 2004,
when she wrote to request contact information I might have for
about-hair-removal.com.
I have been warning consumers about that site for years. Ms. Williams
felt that they had "pagejacked" materials from her website
because her company name appeared in an RSS feed on about-hair-removal.com.
I sent an email with all the information I have on about-hair-removal.com
to Ms. Williams that day. I also sent instructions on how to report
them to Google and other search sites for spamdexing.
On 30 November 2004, Ms. Williams called claiming she never got
the emails, so I fowarded them to a second address while she was
on the phone. She apparently thought because my name was on the
email, that I was connected with these guys somehow and and accused
me of BEING the people she was complaining about. I tried to explain,
but she kept getting more and more agitated, paranoid, and belligerent,
so I hung up.
I tried to send this to help explain, but it was too late by
then.
Kimberly:
You continue to be confused, and your anger seems to be making
you more confused.
I have no connection whatsoever with “Mike Jones,”
“David James,” or about-hair-removal.com. In fact,
I have been warning consumers for years about those people and
that site. I have information on hairfacts.com stating that
about-hair-removal.com is a scam website:

You and I are in complete agreement that those guys are bad
news. I have been fighting them for years. I don’t know
how to be any more clear about that.
I sent you information on how to report those guys to Google
for using materials from your site. I sent you all the contact
information I have on them. I was trying to help you, and you
continued to take an accusatory tone as I tried to explain what
is going on. I am no longer interested in helping you.
If you have anything else you wish to convey to me, please
do so by email. If you want to use web tools to track people
down, you either need to read up on how to do it, or leave it
to someone competent. You don’t really know what you are
doing, and it leads you to making erroneous conclusions and
false accusations.
I am one of the best known consumer activists in the hair removal
industry. I just gave the keynote speech at the AEA convention.
In my eight years of doing consumer activism, I have never had
anyone take that kind of tone you took with me. Your foolish
accusations have really pissed me off, and you owe me an apology.
Not that I’d expect one from someone as confused and clueless
as you.

Ms Williams then spent the next several hours sending emails
to several email addresses at my domains. I tried to explain on
the phone that all emails to any address on my domains goes through,
but she was convinced she had "tested positive" for
finding Mike Jones and David James. By this point I'd had it,
and sent the following emails:
You idiot. Send an email to kimberlywilliams@hairfacts.com,
or xdcbrjldh@hairfacts.com, or anything else you can think of.
They will all go through. That’s what I tried to explain,
but you were too angry and stupid to understand. I have no connection
with those people, and just because those addresses work, just
like ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS YOU CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF, does
not mean they are connected with me.
You really need to get a clue.

I demand that you remove my property from your multiple websites
immediately. In addition that includes other search engines
or other domains using that are in dispute as to who owns other
offending URL'S that you own. However there is no wiggling of
the hook this time because you illegal are so such outrageous
and example of criminal pagejacking is enclosed.
You have 72 hours to remove this content. If the content is
not removed within this time frame, then I will find it necessary
to take further action; including contacting Google and other
search engines, your hosting service and any other legal avenues
I have at my disposal.
Using Internet Explorer, I save a copy of the cached page and
having made a single file so you do not have any difficulty
in comprehending such a difficult time accepting the fact you
got caught.
In addition, complaints have been forwarded to the FTC, FDA,
Phone Busters, BBB, Consumers Advocate, R.C.M.P. and Industry
Canada because of the possibility this offense if affiliated
with other countries. Furthermore if this happens again it is
my intent to inform Chamber of Commerce’s, Forums and other
public reporting agencies.
Also I have read a number of reports on the subject of pagejacking
and the FTC has cracked down jard on this type of thievery.
For your information if this happens again will I seek criminal
charges and permanent injunctions against you and all other
domains you possess?

I ask you to please remove my listing under TG recommended electrologists.
With the information I have sent you have been informed and
made aware that because a link was established under TG recommended
electrologists that in no way gave you the legal right to usurp
my listing in a devious way that you have done. I find your
tactics and Internet strategy totally lacking any professional
merit, honesty, dignity and ethics I refuse to be identified
with you and hereby and forthwith on this day of 12/1/04 you
remove that listing.
Also I have sent emails to andreajames@vitalstop.com , and davidjames@vitlalstop.com
and they have not come back undeliverable can you explain that?
Additionally I sent emails to Mike Jones and David James at
tsraodmap.com, hairfacts.com and hairtell.com not one of them
were returned undeliverable. Most notably not one of my emails
to these adresses came back undeliverable to Andrea James and
David James at the vitalstop.com mailing address. That’s
curious do you think that Mike Jones has set up his computer
exactly as yours? Since you claim you have such a dislike for
Mike Jones I wonder why email addressed to both of you went
through?
I have a right to defend my property and my websites site from
online parasites. I hope that I have you total attention and
you are ready to resolve your illegal offenses against myself
immediately. I hope this letter has assisted you in accepting
that to flaunt the law will bring consequences upon yourself

goes for your sycophantic friends whom you put up to harass

office today interrupting me when I am working on patient. Both
those calls were successfully traced. You thought you were rather
clever when you got your lackey friend Jenn in Pasadena to be
Mike Jones who had had called twice before and those previous
two calls were also successfully traced and interrupted when
working a patient. Traced calls not only means that the are
recorded but also voices print are made and Jenns voice was
recorded off a website that has voice lessons for comparison
for the phone trace. You are a corporate officer and therefore
you are required to uphold honest ethical business policies
and if you keep this up a complaint could be registered to have
your record investigated and that could cost your license. Further
harassment could result in complaint lodged at the to CCC?
You are such a coward that you have to put your friends up to
harassing me, which is illegal and get them in trouble to. The
one time I spoke to you, you were rude impolite and dominated
and ended the conversation just as I started to speak. How much
longer do you think your so-called friends will continue to

must produce a notarized document promising that you will never

Additionally my complaint to the FTC has brought about fruitful
results for I have provided them the information with overwhelming
evidence that you are guilty of these crimes.
You asked me to have my lawyer contact you which demonstrates
you know nothing about the law an attorney doe not call you
he sends you a complaint and than you respond. You need to be
aware the FTC has their own attorneys that represent citizens
like myself and they file complaints in my behalf and the other
electrologists that you have pagejacked will also file because

ask him or her he/she will tell you if can avoid a fight with
the FTC aka the government you would be a fool to try to fight
